Ask about the week
Ask who's off today, which visits need a carer, what problems are on the rota or who could cover tomorrow's open visits. The answers come from your organisation's rota.
When she suggests a carer, the name comes from the rota's own suggested carers, the same list you see on a visit.
Tell her what's changed
Tell her someone's off sick and she records the time off and lines up cover with the cover planner. She can also add, move, cancel and put back visits, put carers on and take them off, accept problems, auto-build a week and publish it.
Each change comes up as a card that shows what will happen, worked out from the rota. Anyone in your organisation can ask. Only owners and admins can confirm. Carers aren't messaged, so ring them as usual.
Undo, and a record of it all
A confirmed change has an Undo button. Undo goes through the rota's usual checks, so it won't change a visit that has already started.
Every confirmed change goes in the audit trail as your change, made with Isabelle, and each conversation is kept in the audit log.
What the AI sees
Isabelle runs on Claude, made by Anthropic. Claude sees names, dates and times. It doesn't see addresses, contact details, care notes, the type of anyone's time off or why a visit was cancelled.
When you ask about a client or staff member, their record opens in a card on your screen, straight from Isabelle. What you type is sent to Claude, so leave health details out of your messages.
Questions
Can Isabelle change the rota on her own?
No. Every change waits for an owner or admin to confirm it.
Does the AI see client addresses or care notes?
No. It sees names, dates and times. Addresses, contact details, care notes, the type of time off and cancel reasons stay in Isabelle.
Does it message carers?
No. Carers aren't messaged when a change is confirmed.
