Download all their data
A client's record has a Download all their data action. It gathers their details, visits and the history of their record into a zip of spreadsheet files, ready to send in answer to a subject access request.
The download is recorded in the audit log as an export, so there is a record of what was shared and when.

A zip of CSV files, which open in any spreadsheet program.
Is the export recorded?
Yes. It appears in the audit log as an export.
