A client's visit schedule is a Monday to Sunday timeline. Add a visit with its time, length and the number of carers it needs, and it appears on every week of the rota.
On a phone the schedule shows one day at a time, with the days as buttons along the top.
Double-ups that stay covered
When a visit needs two carers, the rota shows how many are booked, such as 1 of 2, and flags the visit as a problem until both places are filled.
