Preferences on every profile
A client's profile has a ranked list of their preferred carers, and a carer's profile has their preferred clients. Coordinators can reorder either list as relationships change.
Missed preferences show up
When none of a client's preferred carers is on a visit, the rota flags it. Insights tracks the share of visits each week where the client had a preferred carer, so you can see continuity improving or slipping.
